This blog article is being made to list out the PSU Organisations which are recruiting through GATE 2013, so that you can get the name of all these organisations in a single page. So far 13 PSU organisations have issued recruitment notification for graduate engineers (Engineer Trainee/Management Trainee/Officer Trainee) based on GATE 2013:
There may be many more organisations who are going to recruit through GATE 2013 - some of which will issue the job advertisement/notification at the last moment or may even issue the notification much after even GATE 2013 result is declared. For instance Heavy Engineering Corporation (
HEC) Ltd. issued the recruitment notification for 70 engineers based on GATE 2012 very recently on 1st September, much after GATE 2012 result was declared on 15th March, 2012.
So my main point of emphasis is -
if you are an engineering student. it has become now a must for you to appear in GATE - if not for higher studies, than for getting a job. GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2013 notification has come out and the last date to apply online is 30th September 2012.
Within the next few days, if you do not apply for GATE 2013, you are going to loose the chance of getting those lucrative jobs in many top notch PSU/Organisations in India.. Forget about getting jobs,
you can not even apply for these PSU jobs through GATE 2013.
Why?
Because while applying for the jobs in these companies,
you have to use the GATE 2013 registration number. Also, your GATE 2013 score would be used by these companies to shortlist the candidates for the further selection process of GD/Interview.
Many of your predecessors have taken the GATE route for getting that first job as you can see (in the table at right) the quantum jump in the number of GATE applicants since from GATE 2009, the year in which IOCL pioneered recruiting through GATE.
I am preparing & updating the list of companies/PSU organisations which are recruiting though GATE 2013 below, based on the PSU recruitment notifications so far and pointing you to my exclusive blog post for that specific PSU organisation. In the exclusive blog post, not only you would find how to apply for that specific company but also you would find the prep materials for GATE 2013 for the specific papers as well as GD & Interview.
The list also includes those PSU companies which have not so far issued recruitment notification 2013 through GATE but had recruited through GATE 2012. In these cases, I have given the recruitment webpage of these companies so that you can watch out for notifications later. I would also update the status, as soon as any recruitment notifications comes up. So you should keep visiting this blog.

Min. 65% (for SC, ST & PWD candidates 55 %.) in BE/B.Tech./AMIE.

2.0 DGFS: DAE (Department of Atomic Energy) Graduate Fellowship Scheme.

I just want to know that wether more psu will take recruitment from Gate 2013 score for Computer science/Information Technology studens?
Bcoz there are only 2 PSUs-IOCL and HEC ltd who are taking recruitment from gate 2013.
