HEC Recruitment 2012 Notification has came out just today for
92 Executive Trainees (ET) belonging to Engineering, Finance, Law & HR disciplines. This HEC Recruitment 2012 for Engineers would be based on GATE 2012. On the other hand, recruitment for the Finance, Law & HR disciplines would be based on an Aptitude Test. As per the notification, submission of online form would start from 3rd September and the last date to apply online is 26th September, 2012.

Salaries for HEC Executive trainees:
Training period for Executive Trainees in HEC is for 2 years.
For the 1st year, HEC is offering the ETs monthly stipend Rs.16.400/- plus DA (presently 61.5% of Basic Pay) with other benefits. On successful completion of the first year training, ETs are placed in E1 scale (Rs16,400 – 40,400/-) with basic pay of Rs 16,900/-.
Eligibility for HEC Executive trainees:
Age Eligibility: Max. 29 years as on 01.07.2012 (i.e. DOB not earlier than 01.07.1983)
Academic qualification Eligibility For Technical Disciplines:
1.0 Minimum 60% in BE/B. Tech in the relevant discipline in page-2 of the notification.
2.0 You must appear in GATE 2012 for HEC Engineering disciplines and obtain the minimum cut-off, which will be decided by HEC based on the applicants marks.
Academic qualification Eligibility For Non-Technical Disciplines:
For ET (Fin): CA / ICWAI Final Pass.
For ET (HR): Minimum 65% in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (2 Years) or MBA (HR) /Master of Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent. For SC/ST/ Physically Challenged, minimum percentage is 60%.
For ET (Law): Minimum 60% in LLB. For SC/ST/ Physically Challenged, minimum percentage is 55%.
Final year students can also apply for these HEC jobs, but their result should have been declared by their result by 31st August, 2012.
Selection process for HEC Executive trainees:
Selection process for HEC Executive trainees (Engineering disciplines):
Shortlisting of candidates for HEC Recruitment 2012 for Engineers would be based on GATE 2012 scores. A total of 350 candidates (i.e. in the ration of 1:5) would be shortlisted for the interview based on the marks scored in GATE 2012. Weightage of GATE 2012 would be 75% while for the interview the weightage is 25%.
Selection process for HEC Executive trainees (Non-Technical disciplines):
This would consist of a 150 mark written test (50 mark Aptitude Test & 100 mark Professional Test) followed by interview. The written test will be held at Ranchi, Kolkata and New Delhi.

You have to apply for HEC ET Recruitment 2012 only through Online application Form. There is no offline form.
How to apply online for EC ET Recruitment is given very clearly in section "Online Application Procedure" in page:5-7 of the notification.
