Selection process for this PO recruitment would consist of three stages: Online Test, Group discussion and Interview. You need to qualify in each of the four test sections of the Online Test as well as the in aggregate and in addition, rank sufficiently high in the merit list to be called for Syndicate Bank GD and Interview.

There are four test sections in the Syndicate Bank PO Exam 2016:
Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language & General Awareness.
