CBSE has published the Notification for All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) 2015, according to which this exam would be held on 3rd May, 2015. Submission application form i.e. online registration has already started from 1st December, 2014 and 31st December, 2014 would be the last date for AIPMT 2015 online form submission.

Number of seats in AIPMT 2015:
AIPMT is conducted for the 15% All India Quota seats in Government Medical/Dental colleges of India. As per the notification, there are 159 Medical College and 25 Dental Colleges in which you can get seats through AIPMT 2015. What are the names of these colleges and where are they situated? The list of these medical/dental colleges can be found from page 39-45 of the notification.
In addition to these colleges, 10 states and 4 college/universities would also use AIPMT 2015 scores to prepare the merit list for the colleges under these states/universities.You can know the name of these colleges in page 46-48 of the notification.
How many AIPMT seats are there in the participating colleges? You can have some idea about the number of seats that can be expected in AIPMT 2015 from the last years counselling data.
Eligibility for AIPMT 2015:
Age: Minimum 17 years at the time of admission or on or before 31st December, 2015.
Maximum 25 years as on 31st December, 2015.
Date of Birth: For General category: 01/01/91 to 01/01/99
For SC/ST/OBC Category: 01/01/86 to 01/01/99.
Qualifications:
You should have passed Class-12 with 50% marks (40% for reserved categories) in PCB.

Last Date of Submission of on-line application form: 31.12.2014
Submission of on-line application with late fee:03.01.2015 to 31.01.2015

Declaration of Result: 5th June, 2015

You have to apply for AIPMT 2015 only through online form.
There is no offline application form.
How to fill the online application form is given very clearly in this PDF document This document gives the replica of the actual online form and hence you should go through it before the online registration. There are five steps to fill the form as shown in the graphics below:
AIPMT 2015 Application fee is Rs. 1200/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 650/- for SC/ST/PH candidates. If you go for submission of form after the scheduled closure date of 31.12.2014, you can do so from 3rd to 31st January, 2015 - but you have to pay Rs. 2400/= and Rs. 1850/=, since it will attract the penal fee of Rs. 1200/= in addition to normal fee.
You can pay the fee either "Online" i.e. through Debit/Credit Card or "Offline" through e-Challan at the branches of SBI/ICICI/HDFC/Syndicate Bank branches. For details, please refer Clause 12 (pg. 6 & 7) of Information Brochure.
