Subsequent to the previous recruitment notification for 300 Executive Trainees (Engineering) for the year 2012, NTPC has once again issued recruitment notification 2012 - this time for 60 ET (HR & Finance). Online submission of form has began from 1st March and last date to apply online is 21st March, 2012.

NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation) is one of the five Maharatna PSU in India – it is India’s largest power company, producing 1/3rd of total power generation in India through its 22 power stations (15 coal based & 7 gas based) with an installed capacity of 34,845 MW. Recruitment process for NTPC ET (HR&Fin):

Selection process for HR & Finance stream Executive trainees in NTPC consists of a Online written test, followed by GD & Interview. The weightage allotted for these three stages are 85%, 5% and 10% respectively. NTPC ET (HR&Fin) vacancies 2012:

There are a total of 60 vacancies. You can find the category-wise, discipline-wise NTPC ET vacancies as given in the table at right.

NTPC ET Salary:

Salaries offered by NTPC for ET is: pay scale of Rs. 24900-50500 at the basic pay of Rs. 24900/- during one-year training and than basic pay of Rs. 25650/-, after completion of the training period. This is apart from other benefits.

Eligibility for NTPC ET (HR&Fin) :

Age Eligibility:

Maximum 29 years as on 21.03.2012.

Educational Qualification Eligibility for ET (HR):

Graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR from recognized Indian University/ Institutes with not less than 65% marks taking average of all the Semesters/Years.

Educational Qualification Eligibility for ET (Finance):

CA / ICWA qualified, from institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.
