MPPGENCO (M.P. Power Generating Company Ltd.) has just yesterday issued recruitment notification 2012 for recruitment of 135 ITI Trainees and 229 ET (Executive Trainee) which includes 186 Engineer Trainee, 19 Accounts Officer & 24 Chemist. Last date to apply online for these positions is 15th December, 2011. These are fresher jobs and prior working experience is not a compulsory requisite.

Trainee vacancy positions for MPPGENCO Recruitment 2012:

There are 135 ITI Trainees and 229 ET positions on offer. You can find the category-wise, post-wise break up as given in the table at right.

MPPGENCO Salary for ET & ITI Trainee:

Fixed Stipend during training:

Rs. 15, 600/= for ET & 5,200/= for ITI trainees.

Salary after training:

Pay scale with basic pay Rs. 15, 600/= for ET & basic pay 5,200/= for ITI trainees.

Eligibility for MPPGENCO ET & ITI Trainee:

Eligibility for ET (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry):

Age Eligibility: Min.20 yrs & Max: 27 yrs (as on 01.12.2011)

Educational Qualification Eligibility:

For ET (Mechanical): Min. 65% in B.E. /B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

For ET (Electrical): Min. 65% in B.E. /B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering.

For ET (Electronics): Min. 65% in B.E. /B. Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical Engineering.

For ET (Chemistry): Min. 65% in M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Eligibility for ET (Finance & Accounts):

Age Eligibility: Min.20 yrs & Max: 32 yrs (as on 01.12.2011)

Educational Qualification: Pass marks in CA from ICAI or ICWA from ICWAI.

Eligibility for ITI Trainee:

Age Eligibility: Min.18 yrs & Max: 27 yrs (as on 01.12.2011)

Educational Qualification for ITI Trainee (Mechanical): Min. 60% in ITI in following trades: Mechanist/ Fitter/ Welder/ HP Welder / Mechanic Pump/ Mechanic Vehicle from institute recognized By Govt. of MP.

Educational Qualification for ITI Trainee (Electrical): Min. 60% in ITI in following trades: Electrician/ Wireman / Motor Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic / Electronics/ Instrumentation from institute recognized By Govt. of MP.

Selection process for MPPGENCO ET & ITI Trainee 2012:

This would consist of a written test followed by Interview. The written test would consist of questions pertaining to your area of specialization as well as aptitude test - Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge, quantitative aptitude.
