Career @ Wipro for freshers (non-engineering): While the engineering students makes a ready made talent pool for WIPRO, non engineering students needs to be further trained up on technology sector, before they becomes employable. WIPRO does it by two programs– WASE & TISA.
WASE (Wipro Academy of Software Excellence): WASE is an educational program by WIPRO, in association with BITS Pilani, which offers BSC/BCA/BCM graduates an opportunity to earn an MS from BITS Pilani, even while working at live projects. Launched in 1995 with only 25 students, it has become a resounding success with more than 1600 students inducted into the WASE program in 2008.
It is an eight semester (4 year) off campus MS program equivalent in status to the full-time 2 years MS degree program offered by BITS.
WASE has been ranked 2nd globally among the most mature Corporate Universities.
WASE Selection Process: The selection procedure for WASE comprises of three stages: 1.0 A Common Entrance Test called WET (WASE Entrance Test) 2.0 Technical Interview. 3.0 HR interview. WET consists of three sections. Verbal, Analytical and Mathematics.
WIPRO WASE Eligibility: 1.0 B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Physics and Mathematics) or BCM or BCA. 2.0 Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th and in graduation till date. 3.0 Must have studied Maths in Class-12. Graduation final year students can also apply.
WIPRO WASE Application Form:  WIPRO has so far not announced dates for WET (WASE Entrance Test) 2010. But as and when the same is announced, you can find the WIPRO WASE online form in this page. After arriving in the resultant page click on button shown at right.
WIPRO WASE stipend: After joining WASE, you will receive a monthly stipend which is as below: During the first three months of the academic year: Rs.7,500/- From 4th to 12th month of the first academic year: Rs.9,000/- During the second academic year: Rs.11,500/- During the third academic year: Rs.16,667/- During the fourth academic year: Rs.21,500/-

WIRPO TISA Selection Process: The selection procedure for TISA comprises of: 1.0 Aptitude Test 2.0 PC Skills Test 3.0 Spoken English Test. 4.0 HR Interview.
WIRPO TISA Eligibility: Min. 60% in graduation/post graduation (from any stream) with minimum 50% in class X and XII.

read ur page, ur company providing immense opportunities to science and arts graduates. but i would like to is there any opportunity in u r concern those who have completed arts like B.A. Englisn (Correspondence) and completed their master in computer application(Correspondence), some few do this type of combination but they r not getting opportunity work.
Is there recruitment for these type of Combination.
