 NFL (National Fertilizers Ltd.) has recently issued recruitment notification for 137 MT (Management Trainee) positions for Engineers/Management graduates.
This blog post intends to summarize the above recruitment notification and would also give you the sources of sample papers for NFL Mt exam.
But before that let us know NFL as an organisation.
What is NFL (National Fertilizers Ltd.): NFL is a premier profit-making PSU in fertilizer sector with Mini-Ratna status. It is the second largest producer of nitrogenous fertilizers in the Country with 16.8% share in domestic production of Urea.
It has five fertilizer plants – one each in Nangal, Bhatinda, Panipat and two in Vijaipur. It has a combined production capacity of 18.942 lakh MT Ammonia, 32.307 lakh MT Urea & 100 MT Bio-Fertilisers per year. More about NFL can be known from this About Us page.
NFL MT Vacancies: There are a total of 137 MT (Management Trainee) vacancies as given below: NFL MT Vacancies for Engineers:  NFL MT Vacancies for Management/Science graduates/PGs : 
NFL MT Eligibilities: Age eligibility: As on 31.12.2009 Max.: 27 years (for PGs: 29 years). Relaxations exist as per Govt. rule.
Academic eligibility: Min. 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) or equivalent grade from a recognized university in the qualifications mentioned in NFL MT vacancies given above. Final year students expecting declaration of result by 31.8.2010 can also apply.
NFL MT Salaries: NFL is offering salary to Management Trainees in pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500 with which the total monthly emoluments will be approx. Rs. 27,500/-.
NFL MT Application Form/How to apply: You can find the format of the NFL MT Application Form in the last page (Page-3) of this NFL MT Recruitment Notification. How to apply for the same is also given in the notification. NFL MT Exam Pattern: NFL MT Recruitment selection process consist of a written test followed by Interview. Not much has been given in the NFL MT Recruitment Notification other than that the written exam would consist of following section: General aptitude, Analytical capability. Technical/professional knowledge. But based on previous years papers, NFL written exam should consist of 50% Aptitude & 50% Technical/professional knowledge (i.e. questions from your own discipline).
NFL MT Exam Sample Paper:
Since exam sections has not been clearly specified in the NFL MT Recruitment Notification, it is difficult to point you to specific sample papers. hi ,thank you so much for hosting this blog..would you please blog a post on age eligibility, like for example say mr.x is born in the month april of the year 1983 and is he eligible to apply for organization till april 2011 which specify age limit as 28 years old.please correct me if i m wrong .what is the year till which mr x can apply for organization till 2011 which specify age limit as 30 years old? thanks a lot in advance
