I am Prasanta, 39 years young, working as a mid-level manager in a premier PSU in India, creator of this blog and I would like to thank you sincerely for visiting this blog.
Just today the blog crossed a very big milestone of 1,60,000+ pageviews per  month and therefore this blog post is being made just to thank you all for your continued patronage and to relish this good moment together.

 I would really appreciate if you tell about this blog ("CQ") to the persons who you think would be benefited by going through its content. Freshers should actually find the section "Freshers Job Tools", available on left menu bar top useful, while "Discover yourself" section below it should be equally good for freshers to groom themselves for the job market.
