Job interview preparation materials - Interview Tips

Are you in search of finding training materials for preparing yourself for the job interview? Well, I just spotted some good interview training materials on the web and therefore this post! I had previously posted a blog article Interview for Jobs for freshers, which may interest you too!

Denham Resources is a Recruiting, Staffing, and HR Consulting firm from Fresno, United States. Among other things, it has a rich collection of video posted on youtube on how to correctly and incorrectly answer common interview questions.

I had gone through few of the videos and found them to be useful. The format of the video is simple: It shows an interview question being answered in two ways: Good, Bad & sometime with a third: Ugly – each with one video. Although the videos does not shows you a real-life interview, even than the training it imparts is a good study material for your preparation of job interviews. Some of it of course is a little hilarious - like the lady being interviewed putting her legs on the table on the third video (the Ugly) below.

Just find the Denham Resources youtube videos below. Note the occasional pop-up text messages coming on the background of the interviewee – these are the highlighted POP factors which you must include/exclude in your interviews! Like for instance in the video “Interview Tips: Tell Me About Yourself v2.- the GOOD answer” video the first pop-up text messages coming is “Start with your most significant point”..
