Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has recently issued notification, inviting application forms for Combined Competitive Preliminary Exam 2014 for recruitment of 180 vacancies. As per the notification, submission of online application form starts from 10th April and ends on 10th May, 2014. Date of APSC Prelims Exam 2014 has not been announced at this time but will be notified later. Selection Process for above positions through APSC Exam 2014 consists of a 2-stage written exam: Prelims & Mains, followed by Interview.
Marks scored in Prelims only for qualifying purpose (i.e. for screening candidates for the Mains). Final merit list is prepared based on the marks scored in APSC Mains exam (1400 marks) & Interview (200 marks).

APSC Combined Competitive Prelims Exam 2014 would be held in following 22 major towns of Assam:
Bongaigaon, Barpeta, Dhubri, Dibrugarh, Dhemaji, Diphu, Golaghat, Goalpara, Haflong, Jorhat, Kokrajhar, Karimganj, Mangaldoi, Morigaon, Nagaon, Nalbari, North Lakhimpur, Silchar, Sivasagar, Tezpur, Tinsukia And Guwahati.
The APSC Mains Exam 2014 on the other hand will be held in Guwahati only.

This fee has to be deposited only through SBI e-Challan.
