MT recruitment notification 2012 came out day-before-yesterday for
121 Management Trainees, last date for applying for which is 25th Sept 2012. Selection process for these RCFL MT positions consists of an Online Test followed by Personal Interview. Since no prior experience is required, even the freshers can apply for the RCFL MT.

RCF Ltd. is one of the leading Fertilizers and Chemical organisation in India which manufactures the products as well as markets it. It is a Miniratna company, a status awarded by Govt of India for high performing PSU organisations in India. Besides fertilizers, it produces almost twenty industrial products that are important for the manufacture of dyes, solvent, leather, pharmaceuticals and a host of other industries.
Manufacturing units of RCFL are in Maharashtra (at Thal in Raigad district and at Trombay / Chembur, Mumbai). RCFL Employee strength is about 4100 and sales turnover is about Rs. 6499.22 crores.

RCFL Salary for Management Trainees:
For the 1st year (i.e. in training period), RCFL offers MT stipend of Rs.23, 000/- per month.
Subsequent to the training period, the MTs are absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500/= with which total monthly gross emoluments is around Rs. 34000/-.

RCFL MT Eligibilities:
Age Eligibility: (as on 01.08.2012)
Max. 25 years in case of Engineering Graduates and candidates applying for Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Corporate Communication, Administration, and Finance disciplines.
Max 27 years :
A. In case of Engineering Post Graduates in respective Discipline. (Provided Degree awarded)
B. In case of candidates applying for Mechanical (Boiler Operations) and Safety discipline.
Relaxations exist as per Govt. rule.
Academic Eligibility:
Min 55 % marks (aggregate) in last 4 semesters / last 2 years in relevant discipline/qualification
For SC/ST/PWD candidates the minimum percentage is relaxed by 5%.
