Rajasthan PWD JE Recruitment 2012 Notification Form & Eligibility : Career Quips

Public Works Department (PWD), Govt. of Rajasthan had recently issued recruitment notification 2012 for a total of 586 Junior Engineers (JE) - 568 JE (Civil) & 18 JE (Electrical) in its official recruitment website. Online submission of form has started from 23rd May, 2012 and the last date for online registration is 22nd June, 2012. Written test for selection of these positions would be held on 1st July, 2012.

It is not necessary to be from Rajasthan to apply for this recruitment - even persons from outside can also apply. But however, if your bonafied/home state is not Rajasthan, than you will be treated as GENERAL category candidate, irrespective of whether you belong to any reserved categories. There are a total of 586 vacancies with post-wise break-up as below:

JE (Civil) - for Degree holder: 454

JE (Civil) - for Diploma holder: 114

JE (Electrical) - for Degree holder: 14

JE (Electrical) - for Diploma holder: 4

Salary for Rajasthan PWD JE:

Salary offered by PWD, Rajasthan for these Junior Engineer posts is in the pay-scale of Rs.9,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 3200/=.

Eligibility for Rajasthan PWD JE:

Age Eligibility: (as on 1/1/2012) Min: 18 years, Max: 37 years

Academic Qualification Eligibility:

For JE (Civil) - for Degree holder: A degree in civil engineering.

JE (Civil) - for Diploma holder: A diploma in civil engineering.

JE (Electrical) - for Degree holder: A degree in electrical engineering.

JE (Electrical) - for Diploma holder: A diploma in electrical engineering.

The qualifications should be from a recognized institute/universities.

Other eligibility:
