CONCOR (Container Corporation of India) Ltd. is a prestigious Miniratna PSU under Ministry of Railways, established in March 1988. It commenced operations in November 1989 by taking over an existing network of seven Inland Container Depots (ICDs) from Indian Railways.
In addition to providing inland transport by rail for containers, it now has also expanded to cover management of Ports, air cargo complexes and establishing cold-chain.
