 BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) MT recruitment notification for the session 2010-2011 has just been announced yesterday for 249 Management Trainee positions, last date for applying for which is 15th December 2010. Written exam for these MT positions would be held in January 2011.

BPCL Salary for Management Trainees: For the MT (Engineering), BPCL offers salary in basic pay of Rs.24,900/- (in the salary scale of 24900 - 50500) with other benefits. For the MT (HR), salary offered on the other hand is in basic pay of Rs.29,100/- (in the salary scale of 24900 - 50500). Subsequent to the training period, the MTs are appointed in Job Group “A”.

BPCL MT Recruitment Eligibilities: For MT Engineering disciplines Age Eligibility: (as on 01.12.2010) Max. 25 years. Relaxations exist as per Govt. rule.
Academic Eligibility: Min 60% marks (for SC/ST/PWD 50%) in 4 Years full time degree course in first attempt in Engineering disciplines of:Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science & Fire Engineering.
For MT HR discipline: Age Eligibility: (as on 01.12.2010) Max. 27 years. Relaxations exist as per Govt. rule.
Academic Eligibility: Min 60% marks (for SC/ST/PWD 50%) in 2 years full time MBA (Human Resources) /MA (PM&IR)/Post Graduate Diploma specializing in HR from a premier Institute or equivalent, in first attempt.
