Hello! I faced CPF interview last year and secured 144 marks (72%). I was not expecting this much score. I believe it's God's grace and guidance of Sanjeev Kabeer sir at Career Quest institute.
My Interview: It was around 10-15 minutes interaction with 5 board members at UPSC. They asked me questions from my biodata, Geography subject, why cpf, future planning etc. They also asked me if I am getting chance to join IPS through CPF, will you go for that? I said "yes sir. I would like to go for this opportunity". My subject for PG is Geography and MPhil Environment Science. They asked some questions from these areas. My answers were strait, simple, clear and logical.
Interview Coaching: Preparing for the interview was the most significant step I took in my life. And fortunately , while searching for an efficient coaching for the purpose I land up with Career Quest at Dr. Mukherjee Nagar,Delhi. Initially I was suspicious but eventually it transformed into a wonderful experience. The guidance that I was entrusted by Kabeer sir was immensely helpful. It helped me a lot not just in my interview but to grow as an individual. The modification of opinions to a presentable form is an art which was successfully handled in class. As this was the first interview of my life, I was nervous but sir carved out my strong points so well that I became confident ultimately.
Best wishes! Be confident and prepare well for every possible question and situation during interview. Quality coaching is really helpful with your hardwork.
